What delegates will learn from the course

You’ll gain an understanding of the main features of Problem Structuring Methods and afterwards you’ll be in a position to make use of them in your own work. You’ll gain an understanding of how to understand and interpret people’s ideas and preferences as part of scoping and structuring a problem. We’ll also introduce PSMs as a useful way of helping groups to think through difficult and complex issues. The course covers:
