skills. These are considered an essential aspect
of conducting an OR study and of the OR consultant's
professionalism. To be truly effective and to ensure

and adapts their knowledge to new situations. This
stream includes papers on reflective thinking and
action learning, and the development of these skills
within the practitioner and OR student.
