A review paper of the field pointing out issues and future research directions
 
Deadline
 
  Camera ready copy by 29th July 2005
 
Length of Written Paper
 
  3,000 to 5,000 words
 
Refereeing
 
  The papers will be edited but not refereed
 

Format of Written Paper 

Please supply an electronic copy (e-mail with attachment or floppy disk), preferably using Microsoft Word, as well as a hard copy of the paper

Font   Times New Roman
 
Line spacing   Single spaced
 
Margins   Top/bottom - 1.5 inches Left/right - 1.25 inches
 
Main text   12 point normal font
Justified both sides with no running header.
 
Section heading   14 point bold font
Placed on left of page with gap on one line before section text and no numbering
 
Sub-section heading  

12 point italic font with no gap line
 

First page  

The following should be centred on the page:

  • First line - title of paper, 16 point bold font
  • Next line - author names, 12 point normal font
  • Next line - author affiliations, 12 point normal font
     
Abstract   10 point normal font
Placed below author affiliations with centred bold title ‘Abstract’ and justified to margins left/right 1.5 inches
 
Page numbering  

The editors will insert page numbers at bottom centre
 

References  

Use a numerical superscript in the text and a list of numbered references at the end of the paper
